Thanks for the heads up.  This happened when you filed Bug 110, correct? 
(http://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net/show_bug.cgi?id=110)

It looks like it couldn't send a confirmation Email, but the bug was
entered correctly into the system.

I am working on this.
