I can browse info pages, but I do not know which of the following 
packages is the one ;-)
dpkg --get-selections | grep konq

kmplayer-konq-plugins-kde3                      install
konq-plugins-kde3                               install
konqueror-kde3                                  install
konqueror-nsplugins-kde3                        install
libkonq4-kde3                                   install
libkonq4-kde3-dev                               install
