Hi Miroslav,

At first glance I would say to check all the system autostart folders.  It
is likely that the KDE4 developers hacked part of the KDE4 startup process
by dumping various core services into the autostart system.

If you do find out what the culprit is, please let me know so I can fix
this bug.
