Hi Leo,

Actually, it is just a couple of minor tweaks to kdebase and kdelibs. 
Unfortunately the size of the change doesn't matter--all of kdebase and
kdelibs have to be updated at once.

Specifically, kdebase has a fix for the autocomplete feature failing when
prefixed with a tilde (~), and kdelibs contains kate highlighting syntax
updates.
